Fleming College: The Canadian college Fleming College (sometimes called Sir Sandford Fleming College) was established in 1967 in Peterborough, Ontario, and was first named after the Scottish inventor Sir Stamford Fleming. The main campus is in Peterborough (Sutherland campus), Haliburton, Cobourg, and Lindsay (Frost campus). Students at all of the college's locations have access to innovative amenities and services, including a library, a sports and wellness center, indoor tracks, computer rooms, options for food, cafés, and modern laboratories furnished with the latest technology. 

Fleming College of Applied Arts and Technology offers over 130 full-time undergraduate and graduate programs, as well as part-time certificate and diploma courses, online learning programs, and popular majors like business, health and wellness, trades and technology, art and design, justice and community development, and environmental and natural resource sciences.

Fleming College Campus

There are four large campuses at Fleming College. The institution is comprised of four campuses: Sutherland, Cobourg, Haliburton, and Frost. Fleming College Scholarships

Fleming College provides a wide range of scholarship opportunities. Every year, CAD 2 million is granted for student bursaries and scholarships. Tuition fees, corporate sponsors, and donations from alumni are just a few of the sources of funding that are organized by the Fleming College Advancement and Alumni Relations Department.

The financial services staff may also assist students in applying for external funding programs, as well as local and regional aid. Several programs provide less expensive routes to degrees than enrolling directly in college. To be eligible, students need to have:

  • Acceptance into a Fleming bachelor's or master's program

  • IELTS overall score of 6.5 (no individual band less than 6.0).

  • 80 percent graduation GPA from their high school or college/university,

  • Submit a Letter of Interest explaining why they want to study at Fleming in their chosen field.
