Sir George Williams Campus

Loyola Campus

The Loyola Campus is just 6.5 kilometers west of downtown. It is located in the area called Notre-Dame-de-Grâce. Loyola mixes modern facilities with old-fashioned buildings, giving it that classic university vibe.

The campus has lots of greenery and a beautiful central area. There's also the Recreation and Athletics Complex, where our sports teams play. Additionally, the university provides the new $62 million Applied Science Hub and the Oscar Peterson Concert Hall, which adds to our cultural scene.

Concordia University Work Study Programs

Concordia University's Work Study initiative offers eligible students the opportunity to secure employment right from campus. This program allows students to work a maximum of 20 hours per week, with a cap of 200 hours per term. Participants can expect to earn between $15.75 and $17.75 per hour.

To be eligible for Concordia University Work Study Program, students must meet specific criteria:

  • Enrollment in a degree program (Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD).

  • Full-time study during the fall or winter terms, or enrollment in at least six credits during the summer term for undergraduate students.

  • Maintaining a GPA of 2.0 or higher.

  • Receiving government student aid for the current academic year (for Canadian students) or facing significant financial hardship as an international student paying the full international tuition rate after the first year of studies.

It's important to note that approval for the work-study program does not guarantee employment.
