Can I cancel my PTE test?

Yes, you can cancel your PTE test. If you cancel more than 14 days in advance, you receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before the test date receive a partial refund, and cancellations made less than 7 days before the test date do not receive a refund.

How often can I take the PTE? 

You can retake the PTE as many times as you wish, but bookings must be made after receiving previous scores.
