Photograph Upload

• A recent photograph.

•  The photograph can be in colour or black and white. Ensure 80% of the face is visible, and the background is white. 

• The file size should be between 10 KB and 200 KB, in JPG/JPEG format.

Signature Upload

• Candidate’s signature must be in running letters. 

• The signature should be done with a black pen on white paper. 

• Avoid using capital letters in the signature.

•  The file size should be between 4 KB and 30 KB, in JPG format.

Thumb Impression Upload

• Ensure the impressions are distinct and legible.

•  The file size should range from 10 KB to 200 KB, in JPG/JPEG format.

Citizenship Proof

• Candidates who are NRI, OCI, or foreign citizens must upload specific documents.

•  It includes the first and last page of their passport, clearly showing nationality and validity. 

• Upload the citizenship certificate to confirm their citizenship. 

Category Certificates

• Candidates belonging to reserved categories must upload valid certificates.

•  It includes PwBD or UDID/Swavlamban cards.

How to Fill the NEET 2026 Registration Form?

Step 1: Visit the official NEET 2026 website: neet.nta.nic.in.

Step 2: Click on the "New Candidate Register Here" link.

Step 3: Fill in personal and contact details. Choose a password, a security question, and enter the captcha code.

Step 4: Candidates will receive your NEET 2026 application number and password via email or SMS.

Step 5: Complete the application form in stages, including personal details, identification details, exam centre choices, qualification details, and emergency contact information.

Step 6: Proceed to the document upload section. Ensure all documents meet the specified size and format requirements.

Step 7: Complete the fee payment (General: ₹1,700; OBC: ₹1,600; SC/ST: ₹1,000) online using a credit/debit card, net banking, or UPI.
