karnataka neet counselling

Karnataka NEET Counselling 2025 is conducted by the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) for admission to MBBS, BDS, AYUSH (Ayurveda, Yoga & Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha, and Homoeopathy), and other medical-related courses offered by government and private medical colleges in the state. The counselling process is based on the NEET UG (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test - Undergraduate) scores and follows a centralized online procedure.

The Karnataka NEET UG 2025 counseling schedule has been modified, candidates selected in the first round can make selections between August 14 and August 16, 2025. There are two options available to candidates. Should you be satisfied with the seat you were given, you should choose 'accept and freeze' and pay all related fees. Your acceptance will be verified at this point, and you will not be considered for any further rounds. If you want a chance to get a better seat, you may choose 'accept and upgrade'. This option allows you to maintain your present seat and still attend the next counseling session if an upgrade is not available. All activities must be completed on the official KEA website, and fee payments for confirmed seats must be made by August 18.
