This institution offers Outdoor Education programmes to teach values like leadership and teamwork to the students. Apart from the full-time, part-time and short term courses, this institution also offers 3+2 programmes in the discipline of tourism and food and beverage service. The main aim of this university is to get jobs for its students within the local community.,

TPP offers several scholarship opportunities and awards to deserving students. These financial aid opportunities help students who are pursuing full-time programmes in managing their financials. Some of the scholarship opportunities offered to the students are Cave Creek Student Memorial Scholarships and the Allan Beaumont Award. Apart from the internal funding options, students can also avail of the external funding options. Students pursuing the full-time programme are eligible to apply for student allowances offered by the government.
